Mission Statement Austin Partners in Education creates and fosters effective community and school partnerships that provide all AISD students preparation for college and career. About Us Austin Partners in Education began in 1983 as a partnership between the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and the Austin Independent School District. Our goal is to help AISD students gain academic skills and the self-confidence necessary to become successful learners and reach their fullest potential in our community. We act as a point of contact for donors and volunteers, giving them immediate visibility to the strongest opportunities and best programs in education. We work with schools and other education support groups to identify best practices, evaluate them quantitatively and qualitatively, then marshall business and foundation resources to pilot and expand successful programs. Our offices are located in space graciously donated by Crescent Properties, Inc. at 701 Brazos, Suite 480. Get Involved Volunteers are the heart of what we do at Partners in Education.
